With 17 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, she brings extensive expertise to her leadership position. Candace holds credentials as a TRUE® Zero Waste Advisor and as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Operations & Maintenance (O+M). Her efforts are dedicated to expanding Divert360’s influence through robust internal systems, data-centric tools, and comprehensive employee training programs designed to anticipate and surpass changing client demands. She champions agile growth by enhancing service delivery, integrating emerging technologies, and promoting creative problem-solving, transforming waste into cost savings and circular advancement for Fortune 500 clients and public sector organizations throughout North America.
Darien Ross
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – Darien Ross brings over 15 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry to her role at Divert360. She oversees all aspects of operations, including service delivery, performance measurements, risk management, vendor relationships, and client satisfaction, ensuring that the business operates efficiently in line with the company's strategic goals. Holding a TRUE Advisor credential, Darien combines her operational expertise with specialized knowledge in zero-waste practices to develop diversion-focused programs that deliver tangible, measurable results.
Pamela Thurman
CHIEF SYSTEMS OFFICER - Pamela Thurman possesses over 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, technical writing, and systems design, including 15 years in the waste-management sector. She is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and oversight of the company’s enterprise systems and processes. Pamela ensures that technology, data and operational systems are fully integrated to support business goals, drive efficiency, maintain security and scale as the company grows. Working closely with the executive team, she aligns system architecture with strategic priorities and builds the capability to monitor performance, manage risk and optimize workflow across the organization.
Joanna Taczanowsky
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – Joanna Taczanowsky brings nearly two decades of experience in the waste and recycling industry, with deep expertise in large-scale governmental and national projects. As Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees the internal systems, processes and administrative operations that keep Divert360 running efficiently. Joanna works collaboratively with senior leadership to promote seamless coordination across departments, supports organizational planning efforts, and maintains consistency in documentation, reporting, and client deliverables. As a certified TRUE Advisor, she leverages her extensive background in program management, research, and data analysis to strengthen the company’s operational infrastructure and assist clients in achieving demonstrable zero-waste results.
Ripley Beaver
COMPTROLLER – Ripley Beaver, who holds dual degrees in Marketing and Accounting from Lamar University, offers Divert360 a solid background in full-cycle accounting, high-volume systems management, and financial dealings with vendors and customers. In his role as Comptroller, Ripley upholds the integrity of Divert360’s accounting and financial reporting frameworks. He manages accounting operations, ensures effective internal controls, monitors budget compliance, and keeps the company audit-ready, all while delivering transparent financial data that empowers executive decision-making.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT – Angela brings precision, reliability, and a team-first mindset to her role. She manages all vendor invoices, ensures timely and accurate payments, reconciles statements, and supports our finance team during close-out periods. With her strong attention to detail and commitment to clear communication, Angela helps maintain the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization, consistently delivering strong results behind the scenes.

MARKETING DIRECTOR – Will drives our marketing strategy, manages campaigns, and creates training materials for both external and internal audiences. He oversees our digital presence and collaborates across cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing supports client outcomes, team effectiveness and business growth. He maintains critical data systems, generates detailed performance reports, and acts as the go-to resource for team members to ensure their success. SENIOR ANALYST – Jennifer Garcia leads our audit- and data-driven efforts to support clients’ waste-diversion and sustainability goals. She manages the full lifecycle of waste audits, from planning and field execution through data analysis, report writing and client presentation, ensuring meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Bilingual and certified as a TRUE® Advisor, Jennifer drives training sessions, conducts site visits, develops best-practice guides, and supports major engagements that help our clients achieve measurable zero-waste outcomes.

SUSTAINABILITY SUCCESS CONSULTANT – Joy O’Leary brings a robust foundation in operations analysis, process optimization and cross-functional coordination to her role at Divert360. As a Sustainability Success Consultant, she serves as the primary liaison for clients, managing day-to-day service delivery, maintaining their data platforms, and producing insightful sustainability reports that drive action and results. Leveraging her background in vendor management, client onboarding and team mentoring, Joy ensures each client receives seamless program support, operational clarity and ongoing value aligned with their sustainability goals.

TEAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Samantha provides operational and administrative support to the team, ensuring that front-line staff are equipped to perform efficiently and with confidence. She manages internal systems, coordinates logistics, assists with documentation and reporting, and provides the resources needed for optimal team performance.
