Initial Screening
Shortlisted candidates complete a quick phone chat or send a brief video so we can confirm mutual fit before scheduling interviews.
Step 3
First Round Interview
A panel of leaders explores your skills, goals, and culture alignment in a structured conversation.
Step 4
Assessment or Project
Advance to a skills test or paid project that reflects real work. We pay for project deliverables.
Step 5
Second Round Interview
A final panel with leaders and future teammates dives into collaboration style and answers your questions.
Step 6
Decision and Offer
The team meets promptly to choose the best match and extend an offer. Third rounds are rare.
