Pick Your Partnership Model
360 Foundation
Our 360 Foundation offers comprehensive support by equipping your team with detailed plans, essential tools, and focused training to optimize waste management systems. We begin with a thorough waste audit to identify opportunities, create a tailored roadmap, design the program, and appropriately scale services. Employees receive targeted education and training, while diversion tracking is delivered through transparent reporting. Ongoing assistance and reports are provided to help you achieve your sustainability objectives. Under this model, clients select their vendors and manage contracts directly with haulers; our scope does not include vendor oversight, invoice review, or payment processing.
360 Oversight
360 Oversight is a delivery model that expands upon 360 Foundation by providing vendor coordination and a consolidated monthly bill. This service includes daily vendor oversight, issue resolution, schedule adjustments, service changes in response to shifting volumes, contract compliance reviews, and management of rebidding processes when necessary. Divert360 processes and pays vendor invoices, then issues a single monthly statement. This approach is suitable for teams seeking an external partner to manage program operations from start to finish with designated accountability and reduced administrative tasks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we start with 360 Foundation and move to 360 Oversight later?
Yes. You can convert anytime without any loss of data or progress.
Do we have to change haulers?
No. We work with current vendors and right-size equipment and service levels working within your current contract terms. We only recommend a change if service or pricing will not meet your goals.
How long before we see results?
Most sites see service and cost improvements in the first ninety days and diversion gains within one to two quarters.
If we are under contract with a hauler, can we still use 360 Oversight?
Yes. We work within your existing contracts. We coordinate vendors, validate service, and request changes under current terms. When contracts come up for renewal we can run an RFP and recommend the best path. You decide if and when to change vendors.
Can we use 360 Oversight for some sites and 360 Foundation for others?
Yes. You can mix models by site or region. This lets you apply Oversight where you need hands on support and keep Foundation where local teams prefer to run day to day operations.
What does onboarding look like and how long does it take?
Onboarding includes a kickoff, data intake, site reviews, and a first round of right sizing and quick wins. Most portfolios are stabilized in 30 to 60 days, with early savings and cleaner service in the first 90 days.
What information do you need to begin?
Recent invoices, service schedules, container inventories, floor plans if available, hauler contacts, historical weights, contamination fees, and your goals and KPIs. We will also ask for any current signage or training materials.
How do consolidated billing and approvals work in 360 Oversight?
Vendors send invoices to us. We verify charges against service, pay the vendors, and issue one monthly statement to you. You keep approval authority and a full audit trail. We can align with your accounts payable process.
How do you ensure diversion data is accurate for ESG and GRESB?
We prioritize actual weights. When estimates are needed we document the method and base them on measured volumes at the site. Photos, monitoring signals, and audit logs back every number so it stands up to review.
What happens if our needs change during the term?
The program is flexible. We can add sites, adjust scope, shift between Foundation and Oversight, and update targets through quarterly reviews. Changes are documented so expectations and budgets stay clear.
