360 Foundation The plan, the tools, and the training your team needs

We design the program, right size service, equip your people, and provide clear reporting while your team runs day to day operations.

Who Is This For?

360 Foundation is built for organizations that want ongoing support to design, launch, and improve waste diversion programs while keeping daily vendor management in house. It helps property managers, facility teams, and sustainability leaders with program design or refresh, staff and janitorial training, and practical awareness tools that turn good intent into daily practice. We provide reliable monthly data and clear reports to support sustainability initiatives and ESG needs including LEED and GRESB. Under Foundation your team manages vendors and invoices while we guide the plan and the process. Engagements are long term contracts, typically 12 to 36 months.

360 Foundation Frequently Asked Questions

How do you charge for 360 Foundation?

We charge a flat monthly fee for these services. The fee is based on the size of your portfolio and the level of support required, so costs are predictable and easy to budget.

Can I pick and choose only certain services, like reports or training?

Yes, you can choose specific services if that is all you need. However, the full value of 360 Foundation comes from combining design, training, reporting, and ongoing support together. If you only need a program revamp or design project, you may be better suited for our Project Services rather than Foundation. Limiting the scope of services may reduce the impact and make results less predictable.

Can I sign up for less than 12 months?

No. The minimum contract term for 360 Foundation is 12 months. Waste programs take time to redesign, implement, and track, and shorter terms would not allow enough time to see meaningful results. Many of our clients continue for several years or eventually transition into 360 Oversight for hands-on vendor management.

Do you manage vendors under 360 Foundation?

No. Under Foundation your team continues to handle vendor coordination and daily service calls. We provide the plan, training, and verified reporting so you can manage vendors with confidence. If you are needing vendor management, 360 Oversight may be a better fit.

Do we need to change haulers to use this program?

Not at all. We work with your existing vendors and use their data as a starting point. If you ever want to rebid, we can prepare and run the RFP process on request.

How long does it take to see results?

The timeline depends on how quickly changes can be approved and implemented, since your team manages vendor contracts and services under Foundation. Operational improvements like right-sizing and invoice accuracy can show impact within the first few months. Engagement from employees and tenants typically takes longer, as training and awareness build over time. Most clients begin to see measurable diversion gains within two to four quarters as both operations and participation improve.

What kind of reports will we receive?

You will receive monthly site reports and portfolio rollups showing landfill, recycling, organics, document destruction, construction debris, and universal waste. Data is reliable, audit-ready, and suitable for ESG and certification submissions.

How are training and education provided?

We provide short, repeatable training modules for staff and janitorial teams, along with signage and awareness tools in English and Spanish. Training can be refreshed annually or when service providers change.

Does 360 Foundation include monitoring technology?

No. Monitoring technology is not part of the Foundation package. However, compactor monitors can be added as an optional upgrade for clients who want more accurate weight tracking and reduced hauling frequency.

Can we switch from 360 Foundation to 360 Oversight later?

Yes. Many clients start with Foundation and move to Oversight once they are ready for us to manage vendors and billing directly. The transition is seamless because your program and reporting framework carry over.
